While doing the horse stand, our mind should be relax. Focus on our breath. Count the breath. Slowly, we are in a meditating state. I am practicing it now to progress myself.
Wing Chun was not mearnt only for fighting. It has the great philosophy hiding in it. Lacking of it would be meaningless for the art to continue to exist.
While doing chi sau, focus also in breathing. Close our eyes if need be. Let the motion of the other party to keep out alertness, and at the same time, not forgetting the calmness in our heart.
What is the 'heart' of the universe? It existed in the form of energy. Be it potential energy, kinetic energy, heat energy......
Melt ourselves into this flow of energy. There is no barrier.
Those are my destiny.
